THE STREET
RULES.

1. WHO CAN PLAY

You must be 13+ to create an account. Under 18s should have parental consent. One account per person — duplicate accounts get permanently frozen and their points voided.

2. FAIR PLAY

By submitting a match you confirm it was played as reported, against a different human, on a real table. Submitting fake matches or colluding to inflate ranking gets your account frozen and points reversed.

3. THE TRUST LADDER

Six trust levels (L0–L5) gate how many points a match is worth. The server, not the client, computes the level from the evidence you submit (GPS, table-QR, AI photo, organizer stamp). You can dispute a match if you disagree with the score — moderators have the final word.

4. CONTENT YOU SUBMIT

You retain ownership of photos you upload as match evidence and avatars. By marking a photo "public gallery" you grant Street Pong a non-exclusive licence to display it on your profile and aggregate gallery surfaces. You can revoke at any time.

5. WHAT WE DO IF YOU BREAK THE RULES

• • Warning + points adjusted: first minor breach.
• • Temporary suspension (1–30 days): repeated breaches.
• • Permanent ban: cheating, harassment, threats.

6. NO WARRANTY

The league is provided "as is." We'll do our best to keep it up but we don't guarantee uptime or accuracy of any specific match record. If the rankings break we'll fix them; we won't pay damages.

7. SHOP & ORDERS

• • Points-redeemable products require at least one L4-trust match in your history (anti-cheat gate).
• • EUR purchases are processed via PayPal. We never see your card or PayPal credentials.
• • Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition for a full refund (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Points spent on cancelled orders are restored to your balance.
• • Shipping is best-effort. We're not liable for carrier delays or losses once the item is handed off.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy. EU consumers retain the protections of their country of residence under EU consumer law.

9. CHANGES

These terms can change. Material updates are announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date counts as acceptance.
